| Servicing |
| Regular car servicing can extend the life of a vehicle and ensures the vehicle remains reliable and efficient. At
Star Motors we offer both the ASSYST A and ASSYST B Service. All our services will continue to
maintain your Mercedes Benz warranty and service history, since we only utilise genuine Mercedes Benz parts and
approved lubricants.

| Repairs |
| We are able to undertake all types of mechanical and electrical repairs. We offer a wide range of services including
engine\electrical diagnostics, suspension, brakes, exhausts, clutches and much more. We are also able
to undertake all types of insurance repairs.

| MOT |
| We offer a full MOT service. MOT tests can be carried out on your car up to one month prior to the expiry date of
an existing certificate provided that a current MOT certificate is presented at the time of the test. On passing
the MOT test, you will be provided with a certificate valid from the date of expiry of your existing MOT
certificate.

| Warranty |
| We undertake all extended warranty work and will take care of all communication between the warranty company to get
the work approved and to get your vehicle back on the road without delay.

| Air Conditioning |
| Vehicle air conditioning systems will tend to lose refrigerant over time as refrigerant permeates through the
physical joins between components. This is likely to cause a deterioration in performance. To maintain the air
conditioning system on your vehicle at its optimum efficiency it should be serviced regularly.

| Valeting |
| At Star Motors we are committed to providing a quality service. As standard, a mini valet will be provided for all
vehicles booked in for a service or repair. A full valet can also be arranged at an additional cost.

| Collection & Delivery |
| To make things easier we can collect and deliver your vehicle from your home or a place
of work provided it is within a 20 mile radius of our workshop. This service is subject to availability.
